Welcome to our small-batch chilli sauce company, born from a passion for growing chillies and a love for bold, fiery flavours. Based in the picturesque Morecambe Bay, we craft every product using chillies grown right in our own garden. What started as a lockdown hobby quickly turned into an obsession as I discovered the incredible variety, heat, and flavour profiles each unique pod could offer.

 

With more chillies than I knew what to do with, I set out to create sauces, salts and oils that celebrate the chilli itself—its distinct heat, complexity, and personality. As a self-confessed pepper head, my mission has always been to put the chilli center stage, showcasing its vibrant potential in every bottle. From superhots to milder varieties, our sauces and oils are designed to highlight the natural character of the chillies we grow.
