Flavour Profile:

Rich tomato and caramel sweetness upfront, sharpened with pineapple and lime, then hit with bold smoke and a deep, fermented chilli burn. Balanced but vicious.

Heat Level: 🌶🌶🌶🌶 Inferno

Try it on:

• Ribs, brisket, or pulled pork: Brush it on and let the smoky sweetness caramelise before that chilli bite kicks in.
• Wings: Coat generously and you’ve got savage, sticky wings with a Morecambe twist.
• Burgers, sausages, or veggie skewers: A dollop of Bar-Bay-Q turns a backyard BBQ into a fiery feast.
• As a dip: Fries, wedges, even crusty bread — dunk if you dare, because this dip bites back.

Fresh tomatoes, onion, brown sugar, dark brown sugar, pineapple, tomato purée, red miso, garlic granules, smoked paprika, sea salt, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, fermented super hot mash (Semtex), xanthan gum.
