This is ketchup with purpose — thick, tangy, and fired up with our homegrown WhyNot chillies. Built on a base of ripe tomatoes and roasted red peppers, lifted with cider vinegar, and rounded with a smoky, spiced backbone, this is the sauce that proves even a classic can pack real heat.

Flavour Profile:

Sweet tomato comfort and roasted pepper depth meet the sharp bite of apple cider vinegar and the clean fire of WhyNot chillies. Smoked paprika, mustard, and a hint of allspice give it warmth and body — a ketchup that builds flavour before it brings the burn.
