We’ve taken the essence of that cult classic and pushed it through a coastal lens: brighter, deeper, cleaner, and powered by ingredients that do the talking.

Flavour Profile
Sea-racha delivers familiar comfort with a fresher, fuller twist. Roasted red peppers build a smoky, naturally sweet backbone. White and cider vinegars cut through with coastal clarity. Jamaican hot chillies (9%) bring a rising warmth that hits clean and lingers just long enough. A touch of white miso adds depth, umami, and that smooth body you only get from proper small-batch craft.
